Today marks Angelique's 17th birthday. My first born, my girl child, my baby angel. My biggest teacher and guide. It was because of her that I am so drawn to birth and so compelled to assist other in their journeys and so determined in my own to be aware, and to 'do it right' and with meaning and intention - and indeed without intervention and interference.
It feels like a lifetime ago that she passed through my life for such a short time.
She changed the course of my life and catalysed the me I am today.
