A word of advice

In my first hand experience and also from observations of those around me:

DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT, MARRY ANYONE WHO HAS EVER BEEN DIAGNOSED AS SCHIZOPHRENIC OR BI-POLAR**.

Just don't!!!

Don't say I didn't warn you!
Kthanksbye.

The BIGGEST mistake of my life and it just doesn't ever end...

** Oh or drug addicted either!

  1. I just wanted to hold you hand and say that i feel for you. My ex doesn't have that condition but his vice remains and continues to affect us. When there are children the shadow will always be there - sometimes a very loud and painful shadow.

    big smooch ...cos as Tertia said "no hugs today please"

  5. @Robin: Thank you. This has been terribly hard on everyone. The boys, me, and indeed him. BUT I REALLY want to move on now. I feel I have tried my best to be fair, patient, understanding and reasonable. But to pretty much no avail.

    @Jonathan: I may be a bit cynical right now, but seriously if you DO ever get married be 100% sure, with no doubts and do it for the RIGHT reasons. And do not chose a broken person. It never works. Sadly. People have to fix themselves, you can't do it for them.

    @Laura: Yup mediation time now.

    @Lindy: I don't really like to do it too much, but sometimes it is the better option. I just want to put this all behind me now. Sadly when there are kids involved it does get more complicated. But I will do whatever I have to.
